WARRANTY CONDITIONS ON THE PREMIUM 2.0 HANDPIECE
Effectiveness and validity
- • The warranty is valid for 1 calendar year starting from purchasing date.
- • In case during the warranty period the handpiece is repaired, the warranty is not prolonged for a longer period.
Terms
- • The warranty means the repair or free of charge replacement of handpiece that may result damaged or defective from the manufacturing.
- • Warranty repairing operations will be provided only if the defective product will be presented with the original purchase invoice (stating the purchase date, name of the model and seller) within the period of warranty validity. The COMPANY may refuse to provide warranty technical assistance if the documents requested are not presented or incomplete or unreadable or if the user is not able to put the handpiece in a safe package for the shipment back.
- • This warranty does not cover shipping costs and related shipping risks of the product from and to the COMPANY.
Exclusions and limitations
Excluded from warranty are products damaged or defective due to: insufficient/inappropriate packaging for the shipment back to the Company.
Technical interventions carried out by unauthorized or unqualified personnel, failure to comply with the rules on environmental conditions, neglect, lightning, flood, fires, acts of war, riots.
Excluded from warranty are also products that, after the intervention of an authorized technician, result correctly working.
Not covered by warranty are all parts resulting defective due to improper use (failure to observe/comply with the instructions provided in the manual regarding the operation of the handpiece), incorrect installation or incorrect maintenance, or for circumstances that cannot be attributed to manufacturing defects.
Not covered by warranty are also handpieces that have been used without following the Precautions listed in the “Precautions chapter of the Premium Handpiece Manual of Use” (i.e. the LONGLIFE cleanser).
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for possible damages directly or indirectly caused by persons, things and pets that may result in a non-compliance with the prescriptions reported in the user manual; especially the warning regarding use and maintenance of the handpiece, as well as its use with accessories that have not been authorized by the manufacturer.
Possible complaints due to delivery errors and/or missing accessories, must be communicated within 8 working days from receipt of the goods.
It is highly recommended to use always and only the original Jet Solution serums and to carefully clean the Premium handpiece at the end of every single treatment with Jet Solution™ LONGLIFE detergent.
